Main Applications

Footwear Materials

Soles: EVA soles offer high rebound elasticity and tensile strength, excellent toughness, superior shock absorption and cushioning properties, thermal insulation, warmth retention, and low-temperature resistance. They withstand extreme cold and sun exposure, feature closed-cell structures for effective sound insulation, are waterproof, moisture-resistant, and resistant to seawater, oils, acids, alkalis, and other chemicals. They are antibacterial and odorless, widely used in the production of sports shoes, ice skates, and other footwear soles.

Shoe Material Lamination and Linings: Can be used as lining materials for sports shoes, sports insoles, etc.

Packaging Field

Electronic Product Packaging: Due to its excellent shock absorption and cushioning properties, it is used for anti-vibration packaging of electrical appliances, precision instruments, and other electronic products.

Other Product Packaging: Can be made into new environmentally friendly plastic packaging materials, applied in the packaging of household appliances, hardware tools, toys, crafts, travel products, stationery, cosmetics, etc. Its shock absorption performance is superior to traditional packaging materials like polystyrene (foam) and meets environmental requirements, making it a preferred choice for export products.

Construction Field

Building Insulation Materials: With outstanding chemical and weather resistance, its durability makes it an ideal outdoor material for applications such as roofing and building insulation.

Sunshade Materials: Can be used for making sunshades, offering certain thermal insulation and weather resistance.

Industrial Field

Hot Melt Adhesives and Bonding Agents: Hot melt adhesives with EVA as the main component are solvent-free, eliminating environmental pollution and flammability risks. They are suitable for high-speed automated production lines and widely used in book binding, packaging, furniture edge banding, assembly of automobiles and household appliances, carpet coatings, and anti-corrosion coatings on metal products. These adhesives have short curing times, are ideal for automated production, and require no drying due to the absence of water and solvents, making them easy to store and transport.

Films: Widely used in the film industry, leveraging its excellent flexibility, high transparency, and chemical stability.
